All staff are carefully selected, fully vetted, and directly employed by LuxCierge. We do not operate as an agency. The scope of our vetting process is detailed within pre-service documentation for clarity and reassurance.
Each team member is contractually bound by strict confidentiality obligations and is trusted to work within private homes, handling personal belongings and sensitive environments with appropriate care.
Staff Appointment
Clients are supported by a designated housekeeper who becomes familiar with the property and its requirements over time. This ensures continuity, consistency, and a more efficient service through repeated visits.
